In an effort to make both clients and technicians lives easier, we have incorporated a range of features for Storm IT that will help them deal with clients' support calls WITH greater ease and efficiency.Here are just some of the features on the new website: - The ability for our Service Contract customers to log support issues online, which in turn instantly alert Storm-IT Technicians back at the office (negating the need to call to log your issues!). - A member’s login area, where the client can then check the status of the support call they have placed. - Clients will also be able to talk to our support team via the ‘live chat feature’, which makes placing a support call and communicating more resourceful. Also, there is the renowned Remote Support Service (RSS) which will be accessible to all clients.
